Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Traveling Customer Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Traveling approximately 80% of the time to install and convert our software for customers, both individually and as part of a team
  • Meeting with dealership management to understand their specific needs and requirements
  • Customizing the system to meet the unique needs of each dealership
  • Training key dealership personnel on how to use the solution effectively
  • Supporting current customers, preparing for future trips, and conducting follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, education)

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in software training and support a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of dealership operations and management

  • Familiarity with software training and support, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Certification in a related field, such as customer service or sales
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups, including dealerships, sales teams, and end-users
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
