Our Member Care Team

Our Member Care team is the heartbeat of our organization, providing critical support to our members throughout their healthcare journeys. As a key member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our members, helping them navigate complex healthcare systems and ensuring they receive the care they need. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our dynamic team to build lasting relationships, resolve issues, and provide personalized support.

Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Member Care at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls and chat boxes from our members in regard to blithequark's products and services
  • Providing excellent customer service in a timely and positive manner, ensuring a memorable member experience
  • Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with existing members to understand their needs and preferences
  • Handling issues and complaints where appropriate, resolving them in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintaining policies and standard operation procedures to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualities and qualifications:

  • Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: You spot the small things and think creatively to help members navigate their plans, resolving issues and finding solutions.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in healthcare or insurance (preferred).
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

At blithequark, we adopt a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience.
