Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry & Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating customer information, orders, and records in blithequark's internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Resolving basic account and service-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction, escalating complex issues to relevant teams as needed.
  • Verifying data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and escalating complex issues to relevant teams, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
  • Collaborating with team members and management to streamline processes and improve efficiency, providing feedback to enhance workflows, tools, and customer support protocols.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism in remote communication and virtual team collaboration, adapting to new software and procedures as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools, with the ability to adapt to new software and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with CRM systems or remote support platforms is an advantage.

Experience and Knowledge
