Job Overview
As a Customer Service / Insurance Agent at blithequark, you will play a vital role in building relationships with clients, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and providing policy support. Responsibilities
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend insurance products that meet their unique requirements
- Educate clients on policy options, underwriting, and benefits to ensure they make informed decisions about their financial protection
- Assist with basic policy servicing, such as endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes, to provide seamless support to our clients
- Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools to ensure efficient and effective communication with clients and teammates
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, which are designed to reward your hard work and dedication
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check to ensure the safety and security of our clients and team members
- Active life insurance license is preferred, but we provide guidance and support to help you obtain one if needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and teammates in a remote environment
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment with a focus on results and growth
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication platforms
Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms
