Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – OES, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer base by providing exceptional service, processing orders, and meeting customer needs. You'll be the face of blithequark, building relationships with customers, and ensuring their satisfaction through every interaction. Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative – OES, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Processing orders, credits, and special requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product lines, including:
+ Doors + Drawer fronts + Glass doors + French lites + Drawer boxes + Moldings and accessory items + Finishing all types + Ready To Assemble (RTA) cabinet line + Basic specialty items
- Learning and utilizing our system requirements, including:
+ Custom order entry + CRM + Email + Shipping + Anytime
- Collaborating with the pricing team to process special pricing requests
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S guidelines
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Knowledge, Skill, and Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in customer service/sales or a college graduate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM software and custom order entry systems
- Knowledge of wood and Deco-form product lines
- Basic understanding of shipping and logistics
