Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and management systems, ensuring high-quality datasets and efficient data management processes.
  • Reviewing and verifying data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, identifying and reporting data discrepancies or errors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Performing routine data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure high-quality datasets and recommending efficiency enhancements to improve data entry processes.
  • Collaborating with other teams to gather and process necessary data inputs, ensuring seamless data management and administration.
  • Managing confidential information with the utmost discretion and compliance with company policies, upholding the highest standards of data integrity and security.
  • Meeting daily and weekly data entry targets within assigned deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
