Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat & Digital Correspondence Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries in accordance with client-provided guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries
  • Managing email correspondence with clear, concise, and well-formatted responses that meet client expectations
  • Monitoring multiple messaging channels, including chat, email, and secure messaging platforms, while maintaining clear documentation of all interactions
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues following client escalation paths, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a professional, courteous tone across all communications, reflecting positively on blithequark's brand and values

Requirements
