Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a CSP, you'll be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services to clients. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
  • Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing solutions to customer issues and concerns, while reinforcing trust and taking into consideration the customer's time and availability
  • Creating customer loyalty by serving as a brand spokesperson and demonstrating selling techniques to promote our products and services
  • Identifying customer needs by asking clarifying questions and articulating the features and benefits of our products and services in a competitive manner
  • Proactively learning new information, reporting customer concerns, and sharing best practices with others
  • Working collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Experience with computers, keyboarding, and basic software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic practical math, reading, and comprehension abilities
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work part-time or full-time
  • Hardwired internet and a USB headset

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation
