As a Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:- Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Providing solutions to customer issues and concerns, while reinforcing trust and taking into consideration the customer's time and availability
- Creating customer loyalty by serving as a brand spokesperson and demonstrating selling techniques to promote our products and services
- Identifying customer needs by asking clarifying questions and articulating the features and benefits of our products and services in a competitive manner
- Proactively learning new information, reporting customer concerns, and sharing best practices with others
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Experience with computers, keyboarding, and basic software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Basic practical math, reading, and comprehension abilities
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work part-time or full-time
- Hardwired internet and a USB headset
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
