Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry Work At Home to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages
- Handle high-volume calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing Walgreens solution information section strategies and rules processes
- Investigate and resolve missing solution data, decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes), and settle all information section-related special cases
- Settle on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs
- Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas, recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as fitting

Essential Qualifications
* High school certificate or GED
