Job Summary

As an IT Business Analyst - IT Facilities at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency of the airline's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to guarantee the functional manageability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Facilities Group.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, infrastructure planning, maintenance, and support systems for server farm basic framework, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.

• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and designing groups with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
• Remote coordination with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
• Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear.
• Development of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework.
• Support IT Facilities grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service progression of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggesting and executing departmental policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all governing corporate norms and rules.
• Project management of server farm and remote communication room guidelines capital enhancements, redesigns, and upgrades.
• Determination of IT and basic offices services, ensuring precise documentation, getting best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

* Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience.

• IT project management experience with at least 2 years within a high-availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and hardware.
• Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices infrastructure.
• Ability to balance multiple needs within established time limitations.
• Adaptability to support an activity with changing movements, extended hours, and readiness to come in case of an emergency requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliably focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal information.
