Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data pipelines and cloud applications. As a key member of our data engineering team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze large, complex datasets to meet non-functional and functional business requirements

  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements, including re-designing systems for greater flexibility, improving data delivery, and automating manual processes
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS and SQL technologies to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
  • Create data analytics tools to provide valuable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including data, product, and leadership teams, to resolve data-related technical issues
  • Work with the Chief, Product, Data, and Configuration teams to address data infrastructure needs and resolve technical issues
  • Design and develop new tools and technologies to meet customer needs
  • Perform other work assignments as directed by Management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud application development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics
  • Experience with AWS and SQL technologies, including data pipeline development and data analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud application development, or a related field
  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, including cloud architecture and cloud security
  • Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including continuous integration and continuous deployment

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
