Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Technology Analyst team, you'll play a critical role in defining and driving solutions within our Individuals and Money Working day Group. You'll work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business space and the system's functionalities. Responsibilities:
* Apply your knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to tackle a wide range of issues
- Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter
- Stay up-to-date with current advancements within your field
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Assess effort and value for solutions
- Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
- Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous progress
- Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using suitable levels of outline and integration
- Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
- May perform other work duties as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
- Strong knowledge of technical conditions
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
- Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all accountable work; willing to coach others to do the same
- Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Workday Data Migrations
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies
- Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Experience with data migration and integration
- Experience with data quality and data governance
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence
