What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting directly with veterinary centers to process prescription orders, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
  • Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
  • Completing accurate data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software
  • Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Working with empathy, attention, patience, sympathy, and generosity to clients and partners alike
  • Embracing a willingness to learn and grow, with a culture of sharing feedback, receiving input, and being open to development
  • Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily utilizing our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record client note accounts, requiring attention to detail
  • Expecting a significant portion of the business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to a dynamic schedule
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to pass a background check
