Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our CS Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center stage, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science. Your goal will be to deliver a top-tier stage experience that empowers our customer support team to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborating with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations
• Working closely with our customer support team to understand their vision and challenges, and delivering solutions that meet their needs
• Managing the development and implementation of new features, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and developing contingency plans to ensure successful product launches
• Communicating product plans and progress to stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and designers
• Extending product management responsibilities to other tools and platforms as business needs dictate

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a customer-facing or consumer-facing role

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering projects that have improved customer and user experiences
• Experience working with cloud-based contact center solutions, such as CCaaS, CPaaS, and UCaaS
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms
• Experience working on global products is a plus
