Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to maintain accurate patient records, manage prescription data, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and prescription data

• Enter and manage prescription data, including medication orders, dosages, and refill requests
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions, including filling, dispensing, and labeling
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain accurate and efficient data entry processes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy team leader or manager

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field

• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region
• Experience performing solution apportioning exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations
• Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in data entry software and systems
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy tasks, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
