As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving business-critical projects and initiatives across the RES division, fostering a culture of excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a RES PMO Task Director, you'll be responsible for leading the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division, including:

  • Organizing and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Developing and maintaining project artifacts, including project plans, contracts, risk and issue logs, and dashboards
  • Managing multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve project goals
  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies and processes to ensure seamless information sharing and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional teams
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the RES PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for portfolio management

  • Proven experience and track record of delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
  • Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise reports and presentations for senior leaders
  • Ability to perform effectively in your current role
  • Commitment to arenaflex's Standards of the Street, guiding principles, and safety-conscious behaviors
  • Where permitted by relevant law, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccine by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while not currently employed by arenaflex

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US

What Will Give You an Edge

While not required, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles
  • Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software
  • Enjoy working in a high-profile environment with fluid needs, ambiguity, and aggressive timelines
