Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our digital media and advertising operations team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless execution of our advertising campaigns and programs. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and platforms, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis

• Ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and programs, including campaign setup, media planning, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors, and implement process improvements to prevent future issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and advertising operations
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science

• 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in data management tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
• Experience with advertising operations and campaign management a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science

• 5+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience with data visualization tools and software, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Knowledge of advertising operations and campaign management, including programmatic advertising and data management platforms
• Experience with cloud-based data management platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Certification in data management or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
