Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our Quality Control division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and developing insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our Quality Control team to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements. Your expertise will help us to maintain our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, while driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.

• Help create and present results from complex data analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions.
• Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding.
• Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
• Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team.
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors.
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
• May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and care.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with data analysis software and tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is a plus.
• Ability to identify and analyze root causes of problems, and develop recommendations using logic and reasoning.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create engaging presentations for verbal communications.
• Past internship, capstone project, or research experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

* Past work experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of data analysis and business operations.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis software and tools, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
