Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in New York, NY, Cambridge, MA, or Redmond, WA. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our product groups to develop and implement responsible AI solutions that prioritize fairness, transparency, and social impact. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, social responsibility, and innovation.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain focal assets and tooling for identifying, estimating, or mitigating potential damages caused by generative AI systems
• Collaborate with our product groups to design and implement responsible AI solutions that prioritize fairness, transparency, and social impact
• Contribute to or drive research projects aimed at advancing the state-of-the-art in responsible AI
• Work with partners from diverse backgrounds, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Present your work to internal and external partners, including arenaflex leadership
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in responsible AI and social impact

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field) and 4+ years of relevant experience
• A Master's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant experience
• A Ph.D. in a relevant field and 1+ year of relevant experience
• Alternatively, equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong experience working with large-scale language models and multimodal models
• A strong interest in focusing on diversity, inclusion, and fairness
• Excellent coding skills in a widely-used programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, C#, or C/C++)
• Experience working at the intersection of generative AI and responsible AI, trust, and security
• Experience approaching fairness as a sociotechnical challenge rather than an algorithmic one
• Experience working with products and services that incorporate generative AI
• Experience working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team with diverse backgrounds and expertise
• Ability to work independently and rapidly on complex and new codebases
• Strong scholarly interest and passion for tackling real-world challenges

Preferred Qualifications

* A Master's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of relevant experience

• A Ph.D. in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience working with partners from diverse backgrounds and expertise
• Ability to advance independently in new areas, including by reading academic papers
• Strong interest in tackling complex sociotechnical challenges
