Job Summary

We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team in a remote work environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class service to customers, stores, and associates via phone, chat, and email. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant difference in our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates
  • Utilize multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally in a conversational manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
