Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver on our purpose by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. This is a hybrid role that combines data analysis, business acumen, and technical skills to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Provide research and analysis of trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain databases, data visualizations, and reports to support business decisions
- Leverage SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, and Big Data Concepts to analyze and interpret complex data sets
- Transform raw data into actionable insights, presenting findings to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies
- Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance on data management best practices
- Conduct assessments using optimization techniques and data visualization tools to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize data management tactics that ensure data privacy and security
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Working knowledge of arenaflex operations and industry trends
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL) and data manipulation software (Alteryx)
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in taking initiative, demonstrating ownership, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and adjust analysis techniques as needed
- Ability to work under pressure, juggling multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Ability to teach data, tools, and techniques to junior team members
Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or GED required
- Advanced level experience in Network Planning or Airline Operations
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation
- Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data manipulation software
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization software
