Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, and chat
• Setting appointments with our prospects and existing clients
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Providing accurate and complete information to customers about our products and services
• Working with the sales team to convert inquiries into sales opportunities
• Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services
• Collecting customer feedback to improve the sales and SOPs

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven 2+ years of customer support experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment
• Proficient (or near native) English skills
