Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat in resolving inquiries, concerns, and technical issues with orders, products, and services.
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and facilitate swift resolutions.
  • Maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude while meeting performance metrics and quality standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools and systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
