Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering citizen calls, listening to their concerns, and assisting with processing their payments. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a high-energy, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer citizen calls and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Process credit card and ACH payments, ensuring accurate and secure transactions
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Work with confidential information, maintaining the highest level of discretion and security
  • Resolve issues on the first call, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and customer focus
  • Enter data from customers into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with customers, both verbally and in writing

  • Participate in additional training courses to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements for Success

  • Typing skills of 35wpm or more, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic desktop computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

* Experience working in a government or public sector environment, with a strong understanding of government policies and procedures
