Job Summary

We're seeking experienced data entry specialists to join our online market research department. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including online surveys, product reviews, and customer feedback. You'll work independently, using your computer skills and attention to detail to ensure that data is accurate and complete. This is a telecommuting position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from online surveys, product reviews, and customer feedback

• Use email customer service in an online ticket response system to communicate with clients
• Work with best-answer templates to ensure that responses are accurate and complete
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Meet productivity and quality standards, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization

Requirements

* Computer proficiency, intermediate functioning skill level is minimum requirement

• Thorough work ethic, information-oriented, and self-motivated
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact with all levels of internal and external clients
• Willingness to learn and desire to grow and develop in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with online survey tools and data analysis software

• Strong knowledge of market research principles and practices
• Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Certification in data entry or customer service, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
