Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in our mortgage line of business, working remotely from Florida. You'll be responsible for outbound calling and cold calling potential mortgage customers to inquire about their current mortgage needs. This is a high-volume contact center, and you'll be making 100-150 calls per day, working out of a queue and pulling the next available lead to call out on.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist potential customers of the home mortgage department through outbound and cold calling

  • Conduct short conversations (5-6 minutes) to determine if customers are interested in considering working with arenaflex
  • Pass customers to a home mortgage consultant after initial conversation
  • Work in a high-volume contact center environment, making 100-150 calls per day
  • Pull the next available lead to call out on, working out of a queue
  • May be hired for inbound, inbound/outbound, or outbound roles, depending on group needs

Essential Qualifications

* Retail sales, call center, and/or customer service experience

  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and having a positive outlook on the conversation
  • Prior call center/sales experience is highly preferred, with candidates having this experience being a quick hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the mortgage industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of mortgage products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
