Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll contribute to the achievement of service delivery, performance standards, and financial targets by ensuring our patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts timely. You'll be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards, treating customers with compassion and respect, and protecting their privacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and account resolutions
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and financial targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
