Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, our customer base, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer requests
  • Resolving routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution to ensure accurate and timely resolution
  • Providing additional customer education and information as needed to enhance their experience and satisfaction
  • Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
  • Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions to provide accurate and timely resolutions
  • Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner to ensure transparency and trust
  • Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance through continuous improvement and innovation
  • Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment
  • Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
  • Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities required
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems and/or electronic medical records
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Hourly pay rate: $15.00 - $31.10 per hour
