Product Manager Graduate (Measurement Signal and Privacy Product Team) - 2026 Start (PhD)
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Product Manager Graduate to join their Ads Measurement product team. The role involves building client-facing measurement solutions for advertisers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products that assess the impact of TikTok marketing on business returns.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok
- Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products
- Write all technical specs and product requirements for development
Skills
- Final year Ph.D or recent Ph.D graduate in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, political science, computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred etc)
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
- A heavy user of internet products, curious and passionate about product design and user experience; prior product-related internship or project experience is a plus
- Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem
- Experience working with data teams and other technical teams
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion
