Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics at arenaflex

Job Summary
As our Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll lead our Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, while also driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement strategies that prevent abuse, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
* Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment abuse
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent abuse, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Design, and Engineering, to develop and implement solutions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Adversarial Abuse team
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Management, Design, and Engineering
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- 4+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, data science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, including team management and strategic guidance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience with programming languages, including Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience with data management tools, including SQL, NoSQL, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, data science, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools, including D3.js, Matplotlib, or similar tools
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS, GCP, or similar platforms
