Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a safe and enjoyable space for all users. Your primary duties will include:

Moderating the chat:

Reviewing and deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules

Enforcing community guidelines:

Banning users who repeatedly break the rules, muting users who have violated the rules, and investigating reports made by users about rule violations

Collaborating with the community:

Working closely with users to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support

Staying up-to-date with community developments:

Participating in community discussions, staying informed about new features and updates, and adapting to changes in the community

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Age:

18 years or older

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Communication skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with users in a respectful and professional manner

Technical skills:

Familiarity with Discord and its features, as well as basic computer skills and knowledge of online community management tools

Problem-solving skills:

Ability to think critically and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner

Time management:

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with a flexible schedule that allows for remote work
