Experienced Member Services Representative – Remote Customer Service

As a Member Services Representative, you'll be part of the Payments and Digital Strategy crew in the arenaflex Credit Union, working on everyday features related to check processing, object processing, direct bills, and budget transfers. You'll be responsible for: * Completing data access and balancing features * Coordinating return objects with contributors, door vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget switch requests * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch information * Communicating with the vendor to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member back checks on draft changes, processing member checks, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees What You'll Need for Success To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams What You'll Get As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
