About the Role

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
As a Member Experience Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving member inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure your performance
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless member experiences
- Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to members
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 Year of Experience in Customer Service: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Skills (Spanish/English): While not required, bilingual skills are highly desired and come with an immediate $1 per hour bump in pay.
- Ability to Pass a Background Check: You'll need to pass a background check to ensure the safety and security of our members.
