Job Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Engagement Manager II - Direct Channel Strategy and Activation, you will be responsible for driving the daily management and execution of direct channel campaigns, leveraging your expertise in SQL, data analysis, and campaign optimization. You will serve as a subject matter expert in arenaflex's tools and data, providing training and support to colleagues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective direct channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive the daily management and execution of direct channel campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of campaigns to meet business objectives

  • Develop and maintain expertise in arenaflex's tools and data, providing training and support to colleagues as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop and implement effective direct channel strategies
  • Analyze complex data sets, identifying trends and insights to inform campaign optimization and improvement
  • Develop compelling stories and mission briefs for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
  • Lead partner meetings and discussions related to campaign activations, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Perform QA of campaigns, ensuring accuracy and quality, and escalating issues as needed
  • Monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to campaign execution, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Develop and maintain documentation of arenaflex's direct channel strategies and best practices, ensuring seamless onboarding and training for new team members
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives beyond campaign activation, driving innovation and growth across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or data analysis

  • 2+ years of direct experience in SQL, data analysis, and campaign optimization
  • 5+ years of direct experience in campaign list selection cycles and mission sending capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex data conditions, data set philosophy, structures, and querying
  • Proven ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
  • Experience working independently, investigating, and implementing efficiencies across teams
  • Strong initiative and leadership skills, with the ability to train and support junior colleagues
  • Vital attitude, with a focus on applying direct channel strategies to drive business growth
  • Intense attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and accuracy in campaign execution
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard
  • Experience building complex marketing streams using multiple direct channels
  • Direct experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to conclude campaign sending of messages

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or data analysis

  • 5+ years of direct experience in direct channel strategy and activation
  • Experience working with large associations and navigating ambiguity while maintaining clear direction
  • Proven ability to drive business growth through innovative direct channel strategies
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
