Job Responsibilities

As a Lodge Administration Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our aircraft cabins. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting aircraft cabins to meet our high standards of cleanliness
• Safely operating and driving ground equipment, such as freight vans, trucks, and high-lift trucks
• Conducting security assessments on each aircraft, adhering to current safety and security protocols and regulations
• Using electronic devices and computers to ensure that aircraft cabins are cleaned and prepared according to our standards
• Working flexible shifts, including early morning and late evening shifts, to accommodate our flight schedules
• Collaborating with your colleagues to ensure that all aircraft cabins meet our cleanliness standards
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Passing score on our physical ability assessment (PAT)
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety clothing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
