The Role
As an Experienced Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing live chat interactions for our clients, providing top-notch customer service, answering customer queries, and offering sales links and discounts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage live chat interactions for multiple clients, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Offer sales links and discounts to customers, promoting our clients' products and services
- Provide top-notch customer service, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed
- Work independently, managing your own time and staying motivated in a remote work environment
- Adhere to specified instructions and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in your work
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance targets
Requirements
* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Reliable internet access and a fast connection

- Minimum of a weekly availability of at least 5 hours
- Flexible working hours, with the option to work up to 40 hours per week
