About the Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative Role

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients.

Responsibilities

* Take calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Actively listen to understand customers' needs and provide solutions to their problems
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating through multiple systems
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or college degree

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type 25 WPM and keyboarding proficiency
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
  • Successful completion of a background check is required for this position

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • Experience with healthcare-related software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Equipment and Workspace Requirements

* arenaflex will provide you with a computer and equipment necessary to perform your job duties

  • You will be required to work from a home office or other remote location, with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace
