Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, or written correspondence to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You'll work from home in a flexible, remote environment, with the freedom to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for candidates in the east and west coast time zones.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Educate customers about their health plans, benefits, and resources, and provide guidance on how to navigate the system.
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location.

  • High school education or GED equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a production environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

  • Knowledge of health care industry and terminology.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
