Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:

Schedule and Compensation

• Guaranteed Minimum: Receive a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour, with bilingual contractors eligible for a 48-minute minimum guarantee.

Tech Requirements

To ensure excellent customer service, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

• Quiet and Uninterrupted Environment: Work in a quiet and uninterrupted environment, free from distractions and interruptions.
• Broadband Internet Connection: Have a broadband internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
• Wired Internet Connection: Use a wired internet connection during tech setups, education classes, and while working.
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 Operating System: Use a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
• Valid Antivirus Software: Install, run, and update valid antivirus software.
• Wired USB Headset with Microphone: Use a wired USB headset with microphone, with gaming headsets not accepted.
• Smart Phone, Android Tablet, or iPad: Have a smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad, and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses. You'll be required to sign a contract, which will outline the terms and conditions of your employment, including your hourly rate, guaranteed minimum, and payment schedule.
