Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Specialist to provide prompt and effective assistance to customers via live chat, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues, and escalating complex problems to our dedicated teams.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical issues efficiently
  • Assisting customers in navigating our platform and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Escalating complex issues to our dedicated teams
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic communication

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer support or live chat support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $17-$24 per hour. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
