Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls, emails, and chats during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST)

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Perform additional administrative tasks, including contacting vendors and placing orders
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or customer support role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently
  • Familiarity with dealing with and solving order issues, such as delays and shipping issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Experience with order management and fulfillment processes
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
