Regional Director of Online Education - Remote | WFH
We are currently in search of a dedicated professional to join our team as a Regional Director of Online Education! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving company revenue and boosting enrollment rates by overseeing and developing all marketing and sales efforts. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Education, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned... individual to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive work plans to effectively promote marketing and sales initiatives. Provide guidance to regional Online Education Managers, ensuring cohesive and strategic efforts. Expand sales through establishing executive contacts within school districts and school organizations. Design and implement sales procedures, as well as assemble and nurture a high-performing team. Conduct market analysis in the online education sector, aligning with the company's business development strategy to enhance the marketing plan. Cultivate and manage customer relationships while establishing efficient operational systems. Develop and refine regulations for both the company and customers, leading the team in their systematic implementation.
Qualifications
Over 5 years of executive-level experience in school districts and/or private schools. More than 2 years of teaching experience in a school or school district. Strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a proven business development capability. Ability to build strong rapport with school districts and schools.
