Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying opportunities for growth
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive results and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet, secure workspace with minimal distractions
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings/weekends required)
- Must live in the state of Indiana (or other eligible states listed below)
