About the Role
As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a highly skilled client success team, working closely with our clients to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our clients' audience, build relationships, and ultimately drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
- Follow up with existing leads to close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our clients' social media presence and increase engagement
- Collaborate with our client success team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Manage and respond to active leads, closing sales and meeting revenue targets
- Participate in daily communication tasks, including management and team coordination
Requirements:
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
No previous experience is required

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: $150-$300
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200k/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
