Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients through our live chat system, providing them with accurate and helpful information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Collaborating with the appraisal and consulting team to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Using the provided resources and tools effectively to address client questions and provide accurate information about our services
  • Documenting and tracking client interactions and inquiries to ensure effective follow-up and resolution of issues
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed responses to client inquiries

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
