Job Summary

As a Per Diem Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for handling inbound inquiries and issues with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and effective communication, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service guidelines.

Shift Availability and Scheduling

* Shifts primarily needed between 10am - 2pm EST.

  • Work days during the peak week will typically be 3-4 days, rotating based on business needs.
  • Peak Call Periods: One week per month experiences a significant increase in call volume, doubling normal levels. During this time, per diem CSRs will be scheduled to support.
  • On-call Availability: CSRs may be required to work additional hours outside of peak periods based on business needs.

Training Requirements

* Candidates must commit to a full-time 30-day training program initially, transitioning to per diem status upon completion.

  • Training will cover arenaflex's products, services, policies, and procedures, as well as customer service best practices and technical skills.

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, Russian, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk software.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive pay rates based on language skills: + $17.00/hr: Monolingual and all other languages + $17.50/hr: Spanish + $18.00/hr: Russian + $18.50/hr: Cantonese, Mandarin
