Key Responsibilities

• Captures and validates complex data with high accuracy, meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by arenaflex
• Image classification and indexing of healthcare claim forms
• Pre-adjudicates documents and corrects data as required, utilizing various systems to complete assigned tasks
• Verifies data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to complete tasks
• Works within established procedures and practices, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Ability to type at least 45+ words per minute with high accuracy and 10-key by touch proficiency
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high accuracy rate
• Maintain or exceed 4,000 keystrokes per hour for numeric and 2,500 keystrokes per hour for alpha/numeric data with less than 1% error rate
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred
• Experience working through VPN connection
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings
