Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online live chat communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, issues, and requests through live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues

Requirements
