Key Responsibilities

As a Telechat / Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers have a positive and seamless experience while interacting with our brand.
  • Product Information and Support: Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies, helping customers make informed decisions and resolve any issues they may have.
  • Sales and Upselling: Effectively promote and upsell products to increase sales, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Order Management and Tracking: Assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Conflict Resolution and Escalation: Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, documenting and escalating customer feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document customer interactions and feedback, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Telechat / Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service or Sales Experience: 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a chat or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong Written Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to type quickly and accurately, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities, managing multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player with a Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Microsoft Office and Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems, with a strong emphasis on adaptability and technical skills.
  • Knowledge of the Plastics Industry: Knowledge of the plastics industry is a plus, but not required.
