Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through chat support for Amazon store customers. You will work closely with customers to resolve any issues they may have and ensure their satisfaction with their purchases. As a key member of the support team, you will play an important role in ensuring that Amazon store customers have a positive experience when shopping online.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, shipping, payments, and returns
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support staff as necessary
  • Providing product recommendations and assisting customers with finding the right products for their needs
  • Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively assist customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Amazon store policies and procedures preferred but not required
  • Comfortable with using technology and learning new software quickly
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
